CaregiverAsia partners Helpling to increase on-demand cleaning services on their platform – allowing both companies to maximise potential in home care service.

Singapore, 21 June 2019 – CaregiverAsia Pte Ltd, an online aggregator of trusted on-demand health and caregiving services, and Helpling, a leading online platform for on-demand home cleaning services, have partnered up to better their home care services for users of their platforms.

Through this exclusive partnership, both CaregiverAsia and Helpling will leverage on their strengths, capabilities and networks to further grow and strengthen the range and quality of home based services in Singapore and the region.

For one, CaregiverAsia will be able to access Helpling’s 4,000-strong database of cleaning specialists in Singapore to offer more reliable and professional choices for users on its platform. Helpling customers would also be able to access the 10,000 trained and experienced Caregivers on the CaregiverAsia platform. This move allows for greater flexibility and efficiency for its users.

Ms Yeo Wan Ling, CEO of CaregiverAsia, said, “An increasing number of our Careseekers are opting for home cleaning services as part of Respite Care Services that they can enjoy on demand on our platform. Helpling is certainly a very welcome addition to augment the services that we provide. I believe that our partnership with Helpling comes at an opportune moment to meet these demands and provide a more efficient service to our customers.”

Similarly too, Helpling will be able to extend its reach to Careseekers on CaregiverAsia’s platform, many of whom have demonstrated interest in reliable and professional house cleaning services, as part of strengthening their overall home care journey.

Mr James Lim, Managing Director APAC of Helpling, said, “The partnership with CaregiverAsia is a logical move for us with its market leading position in the local home care sector. The congruent needs of our respective stakeholders provide immense opportunities for both supply and demand-side synergies. Given that both companies also face similar operational challenges, we will mutually benefit from the exchange of resources and best practices.”
