Anne has more than 13 years of experience in investments, capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate strategy in the global and Asian healthcare sector. Her expertise lies in identifying and executing investment and partnership transactions and driving value creation strategies at the board and operational levels. Anne currently serves as a Board Member of non-profit organization Tsao Foundation, where she helps to advocate innovations in community-based eldercare, training and education, and policy relevant research. Anne spent her childhood growing up in South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Thailand and Singapore. She graduated cum laude with dual degrees in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School. Anne is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
