Carolyn comes with more than 16 years of marketing experience in the FMCG, luxury beauty & personal care industries. She has worked with global brands across Asia Pacific managing their domestic markets, distributors and travel retail segments. She is a strategic marketer with expertise in business planning, brand building and planning holistic 360 marketing campaigns. Her vast experience includes working with diverse cultures and stakeholders and setting up and leading the APAC regional marketing team in Singapore. Carolyn believes that working alternatives like the gig economy offers great opportunities for women to have their cake and eat it too! She also loves to share the spoils of her shopping bargain wins with her colleagues, much to their envy!
