Elaine has been in HR profession for about 15 years, having spent most of it in the healthcare industry. Her exposure to all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment administration has equipped her with the critical, technical and creative abilities to thrive in fast-paced environments. She has a strong belief that balancing the needs of an organization with the strengths of the employees is crucial to a company’s success. Elaine aspires to build programs that support HR initiatives while implementing internal processes that facilitate corporate objectives. Blessed with 2 active boys, Elaine spends most of her free time with them. She recently developed a keen interest in hiking and has started to venture to Malaysia for mountain hiking.
