Sheo has over 20 years of working experience of which over 15 of them are in public relations, internal communications, corporate communications, crisis communications and marketing communications in both the public and private sectors. These organisations include Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA), Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG), Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Visa Worldwide and Mileage Communications.  The industries Sheo has experience in are those related to healthcare, biomedical, IT/Infocomm, consumer, finance, hospitality, shipping and others.  Sheo has Masters in Mass Communications from Nanyang Technological University, Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore and Bachelors of Social Sciences (Hons) In Political Science from the National University of Singapore. Sheo speaks English, Mandarin, Bhojpuri, Hindi and Malay.
